Who to contact?
I recently had an Appeal Board Hearing and during the meeting my Employer and their Representative gave a New Cause to my Quitting and stated that I was terminated and they repeatedly provided fraudulent testimony even with evidence I submitted showing that they were. They monopolized the Administrative Law Judge's time and drailed the hearing by submitting their new fraudulent testimony and when it came to my turn to testify the Judge's questions were clouded with their New Cause and I was not able to provide my testimony to the Facts. They were only trying to defame me and submit fraudulent claims and testimony. They were not only trying to defraud and deceive me but the State Appeal Board with their fraudulent testimony. During the First 2 Fact Finding hearings their testimony changed both times and now during the Appeal Board hearing it changed yet again.
There is a lot more details to this and I know I am being a little vague but that is so I can report this to the appropriate person. I found several violations under my states Criminal Codes and was wanting to know who I should contact about having charges filed? The County DA, the Appeal Board, a private attorney, or who? I really need some guidance on this, please. I am lost as what to do... |

It was a recorded hearing with everyone sworn under oath before an Administrative Law Judge.
