I work in a plywood mill and management has decided that if you get hurt at work or have a safety violation, then the supervisor will post an accident report
WITH your name and accident info at several places throught the mill for all to see. The bosses think people will be safer if they see what the hurt person did. We feel this is a violation of privacy. The management says if you get hurt, they have the right to post your name, basically because you did something stupid and everybody should know about it. Is it legal to post a persons name, or should it just be "an employee" got hurt? |
