If I work at two jobs and want to take leave of absence from one for like 6 months, for
school and because there hours are conflicting is that acceptable?

They don't have to agree. But if they do that is fine.

I don't think many employers would go for it but if you have to do it and they say no you can always get another job in 6 months. Just be careful in what you tell them. Don't say you aren't working at all in case someone sees you at your other job.

Whether that is acceptable or not to your employer is the issue you need to find out from them. A six month leave absence just may well result in their replacing you, though. If you are needed on the job, one could expect it.
