COBRA and notifications of said benefits
I left employment back in May and was never given COBRA notification, Upon leaving messages for the HR person was never called back about this and my new broker called them and they told him on speaker phone with myself that The forms were NOT mailed and that I was supposedly given one when I left there, Which is untrue, They also said to the broker that I got fired which I did not what can i do about this i am seeking to hire an attorney for this matter.
