Default Employer did not pay expenses after resigning

I resigned from my job and the CEO made it hard for me to leave on a good note. Perhaps it was because he owed me almost $800 in unpaid expenses for GAS mileage which is stated in the job offer it will be paid for.

What should I do? It's been 2 weeks since I resigned but I have not been paid for expenses incurred in the months of April and May.

I wish to inform you that it is your employment contract which will have jurisdiction in this matter. You may give a written notice to the employer. If the employer does not resolve the matter, you may file a lawsuit in the Small Claims Court. You may prepare and submit the documentation yourself or through a lawyer. You may claim damages and costs. You may take guidance from the Guide prepared by the Small Claims Court for the conduct of your lawsuit. The burden of proof will be on you to support the claims made by you. You may submit all facts to the Court which support your viewpoint. The Court will consider all the facts and decide the matter.
