Unhappy wage garnishment?

im a single mom who is self employed. im considering getting a regular job that takes out taxes but im behind on alot of my bills because of past sicknesses...can they garnish my wages or what can be done? i normally pay my taxes at the end of the year...i just dont make enough to pay all my bills..tell me what can be done..thanks.

can who take wages?

the gov can if you owe taxes, but others would need to sue you and win first.
