Default Opening Mail!

Is it legal for an employer to open personal mail that has your name on it ?? Or open something that was left by someone that has your name on it and says private?

Default Re: Opening Mail!

Normally they cannot do that if it is your personal mail. But if they believe it was work related or you had mail delivered that should not have been sent to work, they can check it.
