EEK! co-worker problems

My co-worker printed my criminal records at work from a public court site and left the document sitting on the printer for others to see. I know that the public site is free for anyone to view, but I feel as though my privacy was violated by leaving the document out. My supervisor is aware of my past, and that is not the issue. Are there any legal rights I have that were violated. I am pretty upset by the situation, as I have dramatically turned my life around. Please inform me of anything I can do legally. Thank you.

That unfortunately is not illegal but your employer should take action as there normally could be no reasonable work purpose for that misuse of the copier nor for the disruption that that could cause.
