Interesting to know why Steve Winters went back to the UK?

Between Mike Brossi and Steve Winters who was the most approachable on technical issues?

Mike had a web page that he provided more information to the organisation. I believe Steve liked to keep things close to his chest?

....also someone you could imagine wearing a bowler hat. I believe there were alot of people who did not enjoy working with him, he was very opinionated and kept things to him self which explains why some of the projects were behind schedule. There are much smarter engineers out there compared to Steve Winters that are teamplayers and respected by their colleagues.

Raytheon gave him too much credit for what he was really worth and Steve obviously knew how to take advantage of the situation. He even had "Surgery hours 9:00 am to 4:30 pm" posted out side his office, I am not sure he even had a Phd? I assume you had to make appointment to see the "Dr" on technical issues? Lol!!!

After been awared the Fellow why would he go back to the UK? I assume he wants to send his kids to Cambridge? The education system in US not to his standard? Not willing to pay for the college fees? Well he creamed of Raytheon and the US taxpayers.

Steve, How is your new job at NATS (UK Air Traffic Service) going?

I believe it was due to the help of a minority manager, after Steve asked him to recommend him for the work he did on Gardermoen?
