I live in PA and I told my boss in confidentiality about someone I work with that was behaving erratic in front of clients. My boss spoke to this person and told her she had been reported by someone who wanted to stay anonymous. If this is taken to court, by law, will the person who wanted to stay anonymous on this matter have to be revealed to the court?

The information could be subpoenaed or reviewed during discovery, and it would be disclosed yes.
