Is it legal for a company to make you work nights \"grave yard shifts\" without any protection. i.e. no security guards or cameras. They do have a building alarm though.

If there is a real safety concern you can refuse.
And report them to the nearest Dept of Labor office. But as a general rule they can do that. You can quit and view it as a termination if the all night hours are unacceptable to you--and collect unemployment. |
