illegal manager contact?
I had started a new job and the fourth day on the job site one of the managers smacked me in my privates while i was working and i think i should be able to do something about it.

It would be helpful to know more facts but any personal contact or touching is in appropriate at work. Tell his/her higher managers and the person will be disciplined.
