help please..

KUWAIT......after working 3 years in a company,can i get a release?is there a new labor code that tells about that?actually,my contract is for 2 years only.i went on vacation and came back,but till now i didnt sign another contract yet.maybe the company didnt want me anymore,i dont know.but now iam planning,just to finish my civil id,it will expire next year.do i have the right to be released?help pls..
