i retired from verizon in 2003 with lump sum package of 56,000 for my pension buy out.
i was rehired in 2005. i was told because i took lump sum pension and not monthly pension i am not eligible to regain my seniority back or my pension even if i pay back the lump sum.. do i have any recourse to getting my service back? |
