US employment termination law

Hi,

I am being expatriated to the US with my company. I will remain on a UK employment contract and have an agreement with the US.

Within my agreement is the following statement:-

‘The company reserves the right to revise or amend the terms in this letter, at any time and for any reason, as may be required based on the company's sole discretion. Nothing contained in this letter or the circumstances surrounding the employee's assignment is intended to, nor does it, create a contract of employment, or a contract for any specified duration of employment. The host company maintains an "At Will" relationship with all of its employees. The host company can terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and with or without cause.’

I feel uncomfortable with this and would like to know if it is enforceable under US law.

Would you be able to offer some advice?

It is certainly legal in the US but that may not make sense if you have an employment contract that has an actual term of service described.

That language you cited says you can be let go at any time.
