accident in a company vehicle
Am I personally liable for having a accident in a company vehicle? Can my boss deduct the cost of the vehicle from my check?

Normally no--the company is supposed to have insurance for that if it is their car or if you are in an accident while working for them.

what do you mean normally no. This actually happened driving a semi for K & B on a dirt back rode on the way to deliver to a farm and a regular truck comes around the corner and hits my trailer in the back K & B gets the estimate from the other guy and they start deducting 75 bucks every week from my check until I pay them over a thousand dollars. Is this legal? Wrecks my mvr and all I want to know is can they do this legally/ Why do they have insurance and now no one will hire me because of this. How do they get away with this.
