Unhappy idaho dept of labor

In Idaho, I have a lien filed against me from the Idaho Department of Labor. They say they can seize ANY property owned by me to satisfy the 17,000 dollar debt. I'm still on an assistance program via them as well for schooling and my wife has small daycare business which makes no profit) but she gets paid by the state as a subcontracted childcare provider and they say they can garnish wages.... We have one car, a t.v. and the cloths on our back. Just what can they take?

See WORLDLawDirect - Collecting on a small claims court judgment -- Collecting on a court judgment.

They can do all that plus your tax returns etc.

they cannot take you personal basic items.
