company owes me 3 wks pay

I work for a subcontracting company out of CA in AL. I worked two weeks as that check was held. Worked two more weeks mailed paperwork to receive my check. After the third week of work the satellite company the subcontracting co. worked for pulled out of all but a handful of sub work here. The sub co. took ALL of my expenses out of the only check I received. I spoke with them on that issue and I would be in a better position to just receive the 3 weeks pay with no deductions. I mailed my final weeks paperwork to them and should have received a check 4/20. As of now no check, and they disconnected the contact number I had. There are about 5 of us in this situation.
