Default Medical licensure in Alabama

Can a person that has been convicted of felony D.U.I/Death regain their medical license in the state of Alabama (of course after the $750.00 fee and re application)? Are there any by-laws in Alabama that forbid someone on probation from such a conviction to regain and practice in Alabama?
