My husband had gallbladder surgery last year, and also had a gulf ball size cyst in the arch of his foot he needed surgery on. He received a letter from his employer that if his attendence is not better in the next year they may need to dismiss him. This wasnt unexcused absences it was needed surgery can the do this?
