Lost!? still have not been paid from summer job..

I worked full time at a day care this summer at minimum wage. The employers always gave our checks late and never had the money in their account when we tried to cash our checks. My second to last check bounces for over 400 dollars, and I never received my last paycheck. After numerous attemps to contact the owners, I have still not been paid about $700 they owe me. I eventually called newspapers and news stations and ended up getting the two day care facilities shut down. This has happened to several other employees. I went to the labor board in scranton, PA and finally got my case through. The papers were served and the owners never showed for the court hearing. Now it was up to me to go back to the magistrate and "execute the judgement". I tried and was told I had a slim chance of ever seeing that money. I was to pay a 200 dollar fee to get the constable to go after the owners property but since the day care was no longer in business and she was married, she wouldn't have property just in her name that could be taken off of her so I could get my money. Now what do I do???
