Exclamation Car vandalism at work! (my mom is a truck driver)

my mom is a truck driver and does a dedicated run to canada everyday. my mother's car has recently been vandalized numerous times over the past few months. a few other employees have also had their cars vandalized. she is having difficulty returning to work everyday knowing that she may have to replace tires or her car may not run. she has had her windshield wipers stolen on a rainy day, her gas stolen, her tires slashed (2xs), she has also had transmission fluid and oil poured in her gas tank, and she has had her car covered in trash with cupcakes smeared onto her windshield. this seems to be occuring at least 2 times a week. she has complained to her company and has filed a police report but no action seems to be taken. the only answer her company can give her is to park somewhere else or "hide" her car. but her place of employment is located in the middle of nowhere so there are no other options for parking. they have also refused to hire a guard for the parking lot. with the hours that she works there is no one at her office when she returns from her runs and she is worried for her safety and possibly losing her job for lack of transportation. is there anything she can do legally?? i'd appreciate any help. i'm worried about her....and she really needs this job.

She cannot legally require it but if enough employees complain it would seem the company would do something. Get a number of them to call or write in if possible.

Or if any union exists, they surely would push for this to be resolved.
