Criticised for not wearing a bra.

I work in a large facility, this is a place where casual clothing is allowed. So to my surprise i was criticised by my female manager for not wearing a bra. She said there had been several complaints not only that day, but way back. She said that i was very visible when i was active and that it's appalling to not wear a bra for a woman of my size. There are occasions where i need to take it of because of shoulder pain, and the i would only use a t-shirt and a thick sweater to hide things, and that is what i did this day also. This isn't the first time she has asked me to dress differently. In April she was angry that i used a stretch jeans. In fact she demanded that i should use ordinary jeans. Please no jokes, just an honest opinion of this case.
