I need FREE LEGAL advice on the following matter please:
I work for a Recruitment Firm. We are bein made redundant. I have signed an employment contract when I started with the company. In the contract there is a Retraint of Trade clause. Which states that when I leave the employment of the company, that I can not for the period of one year supply any of this companies customers with staff. If you are being fired, the restrictions normally do not apply assuming you did nothing wrong.
They have ended the agreement. |
