what do you do after 15 employees all go to h.r. about a boss that verbal abuses employees, isolates employees.
, tells an employee she is to old and should retire. a boss that screams and yells at her employees in front if others ,tells an employee that no one likes her and no one wants to work with her, threatens to fire people that untill this week thought she had that power(she does not) constantly makes you feel stupid and worthless ,now she has had a smack on the hand and guess where that leaves us in a worse spot than before. do we have any legal recourse? |

You can try to go higher up the chain.
Or you can of course quit, or threaten to do so. No need to take abuse for any sized paycheck. |
