Question INSUBORDINATION

I was given a verbal warning for insubordination and want to know how to
clear my name with HR. My manager asked me to complete a task for the
customer service department which is not part of my job description. I told
her that I may not have time to complete this task and asked if she may be
able to take care of it. She said that she didn\'t have time either, so I
completed the task as initially instructed. I did not refuse to do the task
and did complete it the same day. How do I clear my name? Also, my boss
has a \"personal\" issue with me and is making my life at work miserable.
How can I put this to an end, as I do not want to outright quit my job
because my boss has a personal issue with me? Thanks, Sheri

Default Insubordination

You should file a HOSTILE WORKPLACE complaint with HR asking for a superior's review and a SHOW CAUSE for the allegation all to be document and present to the State Labor Commission on your behalf.
