I found tape recorded conversations of myself and other employees in a coworker's file cabinet. Can I get in trouble for finding it and listening to just a few seconds of it, or should I just turn them in to HR?

Some states do not allow that taping--where are you? Check with the police dept as to your state rules for taping if need be. |
