job valuations

Can you help I have two questions:

Hi I work for a large company. I represent 11 people on individual contracts. Last month I submitted an application on behalf of these people for a job evaluation, our company sends the evaluations to an outside company. Unfortunalely we didn't get one however last year another of our departments submitted their job evaluation and received their regrade, thats not the problem.

What I would like to know is I have requested a copy of the markings,points and explanation of not only our job but the evaluation for the other department.
(1) Am I able to legally request these points for both departments or is it not legal to do so?

(2) We also had our job discription changed without being notified is this legal?

I have a meeting with the managers on Tuesday and I need to be sure of my facts should they claim that I am not entitile to see them. I need these answers before Tuesday after will be to late.
