Smile can i do Freelance work under F2 visa

Hi,
I live in Sri Lanka and I'm doing some free lance work through a web site. in few months time I'm planing to come to USA. I think my visa type then will be f2 visa (my spouse who has H1B). can I continue doing my freelance work while living in USA through the web site? can I state my USA address to receive cash?

Thanks in advance!

You had better clear that with immigration counsel because even ndependent work is work if you are living there at the timer (in the USA).

And if you are not allowed to work it can be an issue.
