Hello, My question is in regards to a Federal conviction I have on my
record.I have tried to have this removed, since it has been over 12 years since the conviction.I did 2 years probation and have never had anything on my records since. They tell me I cannot have this removed ever.My question to you.Can I apply for some sort of disabilty type aid since this conviction has more or less kept me from finding any type of gainful employment.I have a BFA degree and now I'm limited to commission sales jobs (car sales) or minumum wage postions .Since the Goverment more or less has turned me into a disabilty can I receive componsation of some sort? I have never had anything before this conviction on my record or afterwards. Thank you.Stevenote |
