Confused LA Fitness Not Giving Employee Benefits

I work for LA Fitness. When I starting working as a Personal Trainer I was supposed to not have to pay the $24.95 monthly member dues. I have been working there for over two years and they have been charging me every month. No one else that works there pays, I just messed up and never check my monthly bank printouts. They are refusing to reimburse me for the money. Is this right? Can I sue them for the money back if need be, or is there some other way I can get my money back?
