Default Suing an employer on grounds of possible fraud.

I was wondering if it's possible for me to sue an ex-employer on grounds of fraud.

The activities the employer performed included:

1) She signed for me on some occasions without my approval.
2) As a contracting agency, she changed my resume to a completely fraudulent one which showed me in a very specialized skill-bracket, hence increasing my pay rate. This new resume assumed myself knowing skills that take years of experience to develop.
3) Once I refused to be a part of anything like this *faking resume*, etc.. she asked me to pay a lot of money as *prospective profit that she would've made* if I worked through her. I had to do it to keep my H1b visa going.
4) She gave me pay stubs but did not pay me money. So, there were no checks associated with the pay stubs.

Are there any grounds on which I can sue her for damages for harassment and fraud?

You certainly could sue for any damages you suffered; and she could be reported to the authorities--that is pure fraud to lie and change resumes, provide fake pay stubs, and not pay, etc.

What about signing for the employee.. that would definitely be fraud right?
