Confused sexuall harrasment

State: Texas

hi im a 17 year old girl working for tgi
fridays as
a hostess well im in a bit of a problem this is my situation i been
working
at fridays for a little less than a year and at my work place on sundat
the
20th of last month this 25 year old african american started making
comments
to me about me being sexy and that i had a big butt and that he wanted
to
have sex with that whole day i told him no and to stop telling me those

thing but he ignored it and continued well that sunday passed and then
came
the following sunday since i have to work with him every sunday that
sunday
we started doing our job like always but as the day passed he started
telling me those things again he told me to go to his house that he
could
pick me up after school and i always told him no. well that sunday he
would
tell me that he wanted to touch me and i always told him no to stop and
he
would tell me that his penis was big and that black man has it like
that
that he had 9 inches and i would say i dont care later on that night he

slided his hand by my butt and i told him once more to stop at the end
of
the night before i clocked out i went to a section of the restuarant to
text
my mom to pick me up and he came up behind me and grabbed me i just
told him
excuse me and left well the next day on monday he text me and my
biggest
mistake was that i text him back i started to think that he really
liked me
one more mistake that i did was that on that monday he text me and told
me
that he would send me a pic of his part and if i wasnt going to give
him
anything then to at least send him a pic and he send me two picture
that if
front of god i never opened but my mistake was that i sent him one of
me
nothing bad but it showed a bit of clea***e of my top truly i dont even
know
why i did that but i regret it and later on that week a few days after
i
text him to stop texting me that i was going to tell our general
manager so
i guess he got scared and said that i harrased him now im in a
situation
that they wont believe!
he has
the text and the pic that i send him and i erased all of mine because i
dint
want anything of him in my phone and now there telling me that they
cant
believe me i was wondering what kind of advice could you guys give me
im
willing to get a lawyer with my parents if i have to

Just find a new job. You both are contributing to the situation, so it's a no win position for both.

I would agree. Somewhat hard to disentangle from all this at this point.

...perhaps best to get away from them...
