Unemployment Denial, Florida
I moved from Orlando and purchased a home in Tampa. I left the company I worked for in Orlando and filed for unemployment benefits but was denied. The reason stated was that I quit for "personal" reasons. I was also working a mandatory 70 hour work week-10 hour day, 7 days a week for 35 plus straight days with only 2-3 days off between shifts. Most work was done out of state, remodeling Olive Garden resturants.
I know I can file an appeal but, do I have a case? Most lawyers I have talked to on the phone said that for a $100 consultation fee, they'd let me know. I'm unemployed and can't afford the fee. Any advice? |

The person shouldn’t have any work. None of them care about him. The employment is the important one for the man and also used for earning money. The unemployment is really increases now a day. You don't think about it. You can try to get the good job and lead a beautiful life.
