I have been terminated by my employer. I was given 2 weeks notice.
In the signed contract drawn up by the employer, it states that "the greater of one month" notice shall be given either for termination or if I were to quit. Does this breach of the contract make the entire contract null and void? Thank you for your input. |

Chedck with local law but it probably means he only needs to pay you for the 1 month versus 2 weeks. This will depend on state law and whether for cause or not for cause.

I agree, he has to pay the full amount due but it does not necessarily void the entire contract.
