labor law minimum age question - WORLD Law Direct Forums

samallen Posts: n/a	labor law minimum age question I own a restuarant in CA and have a 16 year old employee that is a high school graduate. Is she allowed to drive a vehicle for work related matters? I understand that the law seems to give some exemptions to graduates, yet it seems to differ from federal to state.
