10 yrs ago was ostensibly charged with an act of wrongdoing by municipal agency. A Hearing was held at which I was entitled to the right to Counsel.
Lost in Absentia. Won the right to a Hearing de novo in state Supreme Court. Judge did not specify the right to Counsel. Both Municipality AND Union have worked to deny the right to Counsel. Respond with controling statute and precedent in state of New York. |

They are denying the employee the right to be represented by a licensed attorney; at the previous Hearing the employee was entitled to be represented by a licensed attorney. They Collective Bargaining agreement has been revised. Which one prevails? smithm8887@gmail.comdx4S |
