Employer interfere with my personal life

I am an expatriate pharmacist working in Saudi Arabia for a multinational pharmaceutical company-The head office is located in NJ USA- but I am originally from Egypt.
When I first came to Saudi Arabia my company provided me a lease car to do both my personal and my business issues as I am working as a medical representative and I visit doctors in hospitals and clinics for awareness and promotional purposes.
Well, I am being treated as a slave as my company is interfering greatly with my personal life. They have issued a policy to prohibit long distance driving. I complied with the policy regarding business trips but i usually go over the weekend once a month a long distance trip for religious and personal purposes as i have my sister and her family in a city far away from me 1000 km

I believe such a policy can only be applied in case of business trips not in personal for the following reasons:
1-They provide us with an alternative regarding business trips by getting us a covered flight ticket from the company but this is not applied in personal trips
2- They claim that it is all about our safety but I do not think so for the following
*I am mature and I did not ask any one to take care of me or my family in my personal life
*They just care about the "Company accident free ranking" as the Head office in USA award the least employee accident number company world wide so it is all about their image and personal purposes other than our safety
*They asked me to go in my personal trips by flight but I asked them will u afford me a flight ticket? They said No (If they are really keen about my safety you would offer me alternatives)
* I asked them if it is a matter of a company lease car, may I rent a car or I go with a friend of mine from another company in his own car they refused so also.
* They asked me to take a bus if I can not afford a flight ticket for me and my family and when I told them what is the difference between getting into a bus and another driver is driving and getting into my friend's car my manager told me the bus driver is well trained and it is his job to drive but I believe the bus accident will not affect the annual ranking report.
Finally, I tried to get approval 3 times to drive a long distance trip over my weekend but they refused although they have released that for business trips so the next weekend I went on my own and I have done my religious worship and when i came back i called my manager and I told him i do not think the company may control my personal life by issuing suck a policy and it is one of my human right to fell free over the week end not to be treated as slave.
Later on they have punished me by a warning letter and they deprive me of using the car over 2 weekends as I must go to the office and leave they car key and go back home by any mean as taxi or what ever.
Please advice me what to do and whether I am right or wrong
