Default Affecting K1 application

if i've previous entered the us on the visa waiver program with a dui conviction then apply for k1 visa will this affect my application and make them deny it?

It will be a factor. But that may not prevent you from entering.

It would help to have legal counsel since you have a few issues you need to deal with on that application.
