k3 visa (i cannot use the waver visa program again)
im married to an american man.
i am british. i overstayed on a waver by 11 weeks. my husband has now filled in all the forms to get me back to the usa. i would like to no if there is any one that may help with what i need to no. i no i cannot use the waver visa program again now. what can i do now to get back to the usa. would they let me back into the usa on a tourist visa. how long does a k3 visa take to get thanks in advance |

I wish to inform you that you can go to USA on a tourist visa. In this regard K-3 nonimmigrant visa is for the foreign-citizen spouse of a United States (U.S.) citizen. As you are married to a US Citizen therefore you can go on K-3 visa. The duration for which you intend to go to USA will determine your rights. Tourist visa is suitable for duration upto 6 months. K-3 visa suitable for permanent residence in USA.

would they let me back into the usa as i overstayed on a waver visa by 11 weeks on a tourist visa. i am married to an american. how do i apply for a tourist visa im british any help you can give me at all please i realy do not no what to do or even who to ask thanks |
