im in usa for 1 year as an f-1 student. Now ill try to get e2 visa. I opened an llc company. Now ill open a business account and transfer like 110.000$ to this account. Before i apply for visa , What expenses should i do ? ill do granite countertops business. Other than leasing a workshop, is there any expenses that i should prove ? or will they let me do the rest of the investment like buying machines after getting my e2 visa. Cause if they dont give my visa. my investment might go waste. One more thing that , my i-20 is enough as a proof of my studentship ? or will i need more papers from school. Im taking fulltime online courses from a community college. i hope this online studentship wont be a problem for me . Can INS see how i study in that school if school tell them everything is fine with my studentship ?..

You need a full business plan and expenditures that show a real intent to do business.
Read more about it on the world law site or the web. It helps to have legal counsel for that type of visa. |
