Marriage with green card holder female
Hi i m from pakistan and i want to merry my love who is in america. She is green card holder now. and pakistani, my question is dat can i do marry from pakistan and she is in america any procedure or guide line please help us we both are mature and over 18 year of age.I m waiting for ur reply plz help us regard qaiser

I wish to inform you that you can marry as per law in Pakistan. In this regard nikah can happen when both the parties are present at a place. Thus the girl will have to come to Pakistan in order to marry you. Marriage in absence may not be granted full validity under law if you intend to go to USA after marriage.

A Muslim marriage becomes valid only if it was conducted in the presence of a Imam and two other witnesses as per Muslim law which is termed as Nikah. Nikah will only make a Muslim marriage legall. So the presence of the girl is necessary in your case.
