Default Greencard Holder marrying non-US citizen: How soon can I marry after my divorce?

Hi, I am a Green Card Holder on the verge of a divorce, and I want to know how soon can I marry after my divorce and would it be possible for me to get my fiance (husband as we plan to get married in the US) who is currently in India ASAP. What is the visa that I need to apply for my fiance to come over and can she work after she comes over to the US? Please help me out with this as I am stressed out with my life.

I wish to inform you that your spouse may come to USA. In this regard, your spouse can come to USA only after your divorce and re-marriage to the girl in India. After re-marriage, you may apply for green card for your spouse and when the visa is allotted to her, she may come to USA and work in USA.
