can someone ,a uk citizen, who,had a medical problem that required treatment for drug abuse ,but the problem was solved and no medical problems existed in them, who then married a us citizen be still eligable for a k1 visa ??,the uk citizen is free of treatment now and showed an exlempary medical history whilst treatment was being given , in essence im asking that do your entire medical records get scrutinized or do you just have to pass a medical and be free of any dangerous diseases (hiv std etc ) how does the medical process occurr in regards to the k1 ??

Yes---that alone is not an absolute bar but it would be best to have legal counsel help you deal with the overall immigration process given that history that you describe.
