After meeting, can we get engaged at later date?
Hello,
After meeting the young-woman I might want to marry, would it be legitimate in the sight of the U.S. Government to ask her to marry me through the phone, or e-mail, after I already visited her, and then petition for her? Please don't ask why.... just parental stuff |
