I am an American (FL) and want to to bring my fiance to the states. We want to marry. He is in Pakistan. Due to my poor health traveling there to "meet" him and fulfill the fiance visa requirement could pose a risk to my health. Is it possible to apply for a fiance visa even if we have not met in person? Also is a sponsor needed for fiance and/or marriage visa? Jan.
