After i enter with a K1 Visa will I be able to work?
Hello, my fiancé is American and we are planning to get married. We are planning to apply for K1 visa, because I'm in my home country. We are now getting acquainted with the process. We are wondering if i will be able to work after i enter USA. Do i have to fill some forms so i can have permission to work. Also what kind of evidences he has to show in order to prove that he can support us? Thanks for helping us out.

I talked to an attorney from www.powervisa.com and he told me after marriage you fill adjust status and employment permit and you will have the papers after 3 months.
