hi..im hoping to get help with my queries ..i am finding the internet such a nightmare to understand..i am a uk citizen and i want to marry my fiance in september in usa ...currently i am on a visa waiver programme as i have just spent three weeks in america, would i be able to marry on a k1 visa in sept then return to the uk for a couple months while my partner stays in america and applys for my green card so i can work when i return ?or can i still marry on the visa waiver ? can he do this if i am not present ?or would i have to stay in usa after i am married to apply for green card? also how long does the process take before you can work. can i apply for all this on-line ?and if so which visas do i apply for ? a lot of questions i know but i really dont know where to start .any help with this would be appreciated

Once you marry best not to travel outside the US as they may not let you back in until all is processed and that can take 5 months/

You should have counsel review all your details frankly...and advise a plan.
