Irish fiance
Hi,
If my fiance from Ireland comes to visit (on two way flight) and we get married while he's here, does he have to return to Ireland? Can he just stay here and apply for residency/citizenship? Thank you, Desperate for answers. |

He cannot come with the intention to marry. But you can marry otherwise while he is here.
Immigration can investigate and see if he sold his home etc. so don't try to avoid the rules. |
