Can the person applying for a K-1 visa be denied access to the country she is applying to move to while the application is being processed? I have information that it's possible because customs may conclude that she may come here for the visit, marry and then remain in the country. If this be the case, is there any viable documentation that can be presented to customs that insures her return to her country?
